Now, there are a few reasons why I shouldn’t put Tokyo Girls’ Style here. Probably the biggest reason is the group’s much pondered break from the idol world. But, I can’t really help it. I really like “Shinkai”. It’s without a doubt my favorite release from the group since the departure of Konishi Ayano. The video listed above is the digest version of the actual promotional video. “Shinkai”‘s official video is split between two separate videos (one & two), but that’s too monumental an undertaking to write about here. No, this version is a simple “dance and lyrics” version, which should do us just fine.
