As summer starts to wind down, we get the second release from the seasonal unit Shida Summer Arai Summer. Yumemiru Adolescence’s Shida Yuumi and Tokyo Girls’ Style’s Arai Hitomi comprise this super duo whose previous release was on this very column earlier in the season. Should you click the play button, you’ll be rewarded with sunsets at the beach and pretty girls longing for more time in the sun. “Annani Sukidatta Summer” is an overdriven guitar away from a power ballad, but I don’t hold that against them. This release is a double A-Side with the song “GO GO Summer!” and releases on August 10, 2016.
